About Chocolate Parfaits

Back then, I never understood why people would buy music videos or DVDs. I mean if they want to watch a band live – then go watch it live. But I always thought live recordings are worse than CDs (now I know that it is true for crappy bands like Linkin Park and Nickelback, but not for good people like Eric Clapton)

Well, now I have bought my very first music DVD which is Muse’s Absolution Tour. Oh. My. God. I love it! I love it so much *___* When I was in Paris shortly after Christmas, it just came out in France and I’ve seen a bit of the DVD in the Fnac Les Halles. I stood there for like 5 minutes and couldn’t get my eyes off the screen… that was the point where I told myself that I reaaa~lly want it. Just like every time I consider buying a “luxury object”, it took a long time to decide whether to buy it or not… But now, even though I paid a bit more on Ebay, I don’t regret it. (Well, it comes with a Plug in Baby one-track-single which looks absolutely gorgeous, and the DVD looks brand-new.)

Unfortunately I don’t have any time to watch the DVD in its entirety right now. But one day, I will do it…

PS. And I want a software which gets me the audio track of the DVD… oh, and I want to rip the DVD for Puffel as well…
PPS. The CD is now standing on my CD shelf. It is such an eye candy *_* And I will get a photograph of the shelf to include in this post (instead of this one I am using now) once I have time to do it.
