If you think you know every turn in the neighborhood and could ride your bike blindfolded, take a look at this elbow and wrist and then think again.

Yes, this is me. I could see where I was going, however. It’s just that some gravel decided to be where I totally did not expect it. Also add a nice little contusion of the left ribcage. Nothing serious but I would not like to be bearhugged in the next week.

And no, I’m not whining. It doesn’t really hurt, but it’s a good excuse to post again.
